Each coin weighs 1 Troy Ounce of 999.0 Fine Gold.
These coins are minted by The China Gold Coin Corp.
Coins are produced in several mints across China including, Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Shenyang.
Upon the 2015 coins obverse it depicts the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests in the Temple of Heaven, Beijing. The Chinese symbols across the top read 'Zhonghua Renmin Gongheguo'.
The reverse of the coin features single playful panda munching on bamboo, resting against a wall of bamboo trees.
Coins are NEW. Coins come sealed in a plastic wallet.
It is possible to distingush what mint each coin has been minted at. If you look closely at the edge of the plastic seal, the name of the manufacturing mint is inscribed into the plastic.
China issued its first gold coins picturing a Panda in 1982. The Chinese Panda coins are one of the only bullion coins to change its design each year, with exception to the 2001 and 2002 coins which share the same design.
There are several mints that produce these coins across China. These include but are not limited to: Beijing, Shenzhen,Shanghai and Shenyang. Chinese mints usually do not employ mintmarks.
2015 coins do not detail the weight and purity of the coin. In previous years this information has appeared on the reverse of the coin.
