The gold and silver industry is currently busier than ever! Due to high demand for our product, we are also extremely busy at the moment, and our team is working hard every day to ensure every single one of you receive the best prices, delivery, and service that you deserve. Our warehouse is currently full, and we are receiving daily stock deliveries as delays are (thankfully) a thing of the past.
We are working closely with our business partners and suppliers to keep the process as smooth as it can possibly be.
Current despatch times
As we said before, we are currently experiencing exceptionally high demand for our product, and due to this there may be a delay in despatching your order. We are currently estimating that despatch may take around 5-7 working days at the moment. Of course, having a large number of customers is a great problem for us, we love to be busy and we are more than up to the challenge!
Our amazing despatch team are working flat out to ensure your orders are despatched and on their way to you as soon as possible. Every single one of your orders is picked, packed, and despatched with full care and attention, and, as always, delivery is safe, secure, and insured. Enormous effort and thought is also going on behind the scenes to ensure we get your products to you as soon as we possibly can, whilst also keeping our staff safe and maintaining social distancing.
We will keep updating you to changes in despatch times and hope to be back down to a 48 hour despatch time as soon as possible – but in the meantime, please keep your eye on the banner at the top of our website, as we will adjust the message accordingly to keep you updated.
