A position has arisen for a strong administrator to join our team
Working across accounts/sales/purchasing departments to provide sound support where needed duties will include:
- Downloading of reports and reconciliation
- Generating system emails
- Processing of online customer orders
- Completion of purchase packs
- Filing and archiving
- Answering calls and liaising with customers regarding appointments
- Other duties that may reasonably be requested
Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
Must be computer literate and have a flexible outlook
Good communication skills are essential
The position is full time Monday – Friday
