Seasonal opening hours

• Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Client service availability:

• Monday 22^nd December – Tuesday 23^rd December:  Open 9.00am – 5.00pm.
• Wednesday 24^th December – Sunday 28^th December: Closed.
• Monday 29^th December – Tuesday 30^th December: Open 9.00am – 5.00pm.
• Wednesday 31^st December – Thursday 1^st January: Closed.
• Friday 2^nd January: Open as normal.

For any urgent queries when we are closed during the holiday period, please use our contact form. We will monitor this intermittently, and reply at our earliest convenience.

Seasonal delivery dates

Orders placed after 9am on 22nd December are not guaranteed for dispatch or delivery before Christmas.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched from 29th December 2025. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Seasonal dispatch schedule

• Dispatch closed: 24^th December – 28^th December.
• Dispatch open: 29^th December – 30^th December.
• Dispatch closed: 31^st December – 1^st January.
• Dispatch resumes: Friday 2^nd January.

Online orders

Our website will continue to run as usual throughout the holiday period. Orders will be processed and dispatched in line with our opening hours and in date order of when they were placed. As always, we will aim to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
