How Does It Work?

Simply select the category below that best suits the items you wish to sell i.e. 9ct, 18ct etc… If you are usure what carat your items are, simply select unknown.

Clicking on the category will take you through to the product page and from there, all you need to do is add the weight of your item in grams and then ‘Add to Package’

Once you have finished adding all your items, the rest of the process is just like any other online checkout – the only difference being that we will be paying you and not the other way around.

Once you complete the process, we will generate a packing slip for you ready to be sent to us along with your items. Once we receive your items, following verification and authentication, we will confirm your quote and payment will be made to you by bank transfer or cheque.

  • To ensure that your jewellery reaches us safely, we recommend that you package up your items as securely as possible, and post to us using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This service ensures your parcel is insured up to £2,500. If the total value of your items exceeds this, you should split them into separate parcels - each containing a value of less than £2,500.

  • You can drop your items to us at our Sutton Coldfield facility. This is on an appointment-only basis. Please call us on 0121 355 0620 to book your appointment.

  • All gold, silver or platinum jewellery. Diamond set jewellery, precious stones set jewellery. Pocket watches, gold or silver chains, bracelets, anklets, toe rings, finger rings, earrings, studs or drop earrings, bangles, choker necklaces, wristwatches made of gold or silver. We also buy gold or silver tableware, snuff boxes, cigarette boxes, matchbox vestas, cutlery, candelabras, ashtrays.

    We are particularly interested in original branded jewellery and watches from "Cartier" "Rolex" "Patek Phillipe" "Omega" preferably with original paperwork and/or boxes, but not necessary. All watches will be examined in order to authenticate them. This may take several days for us to establish and we will have to open the watch to examine it fully.

  • The price we pay will be based on the items you send. The Spot price of fine gold per gram only will be fixed and the pure weight of the item will be determined upon receipt of the goods.

    Establishing the pure weight of an item, may involve the removal of stones or non-precious metal reinforcements, causing irreversible damage. Sending your items to us is notice of your acceptance of these terms.

  • You can choose whether you prefer payment by bank transfer or cheque. Once we have received and verified your items, we'll notify you that your quote is available, and payment will be made to you within 3 working days of acceptance.

We have a team of experienced appraisers standing by to provide you with an accurate indication of the selling price of your jewellery items, ensuring that you receive a fair price every time, with no hidden charges or commissions.

All jewellery sent to us for sale will be examined thoroughly to establish which carat of gold this may be. This may include invasive action to include the removal of stones in the jewellery to establish the actual weight of the item itself. This could also include the removal of metal-steel or other metals- which are placed in jewellery in order to strengthen the item during manufacturing. An example of this are hollow bangles filled with steel strengthening bars inside the bangle. This process is not reversable and will cause damage to the item which is not repairable. Sending your item to us is notice of your acceptance of these terms. 

If your item includes larger diamonds it may be that we offer a price subject to the resalable value of the item rather than just the metal value. This will be discussed with you when we have received the item. 

Send your parcel to the address detailed below. Royal Mail Special Delivery should be used to safely post your items. Parcels can be insured up to £2,500.00.
