Debit or Credit Card

Pay quickly and securely online with a debit or credit card.

  • Debit cards: Accepted for orders up to £60,000
  • Credit cards: Accepted for orders up to £20,000
  • Not accepted: American Express or pre-paid credit cards
  • No additional fees for using a card

Please note: For your security and ours, we can only dispatch your order to the billing address registered to your card. We know this may be inconvenient in some cases, but this measure helps us prevent fraud and ensure safe delivery.

Bank Transfer

Paying by bank transfer is simple and secure.

  • After placing your order, you'll receive our bank details via email.
  • Use your order number as the payment reference.
  • Payments must be sent from an account in your own name.
  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours.

If you face daily transfer limits, let our sales team know — we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: To help prevent unauthorised use, we cannot accept payments from business accounts for personal purchases.

Cheque

We also accept cheques for customers who prefer a traditional method of payment.

  • Please ensure the cheque arrives within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • Write your account number clearly on the back.
  • It may take up to 3 working days for your cheque to clear before we can dispatch your order.

  • Orders are dispatched only once payment has been confirmed.

  • Your order will be held until the cheque clears, which may take up to 3 working days. We recommend posting your cheque as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • No - we do not accept cash payments under any circumstances. Please choose from debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

  • If we do not receive payment within 48 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled and the items returned to stock. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay.

  • No - payments must be made from an account in the name of the person placing the order. Third-party payments are not accepted.

  • Please use your order number as the payment reference. This helps us process your order quickly and avoid delays.

  • If we cannot match your payment to an order, this may delay processing. Contact us immediately with your payment confirmation so we can investigate.

  • Please contact our team as soon as possible. If payment has not yet been made, we may be able to amend the payment method. Once payment is received, changes are not possible.
