Sell Your Gold with Confidence

To ensure that your gold and silver reaches us safely, we recommend that you package up your items as securely as possible, and post to us using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This service ensures your parcel is insured up to £2,500. If the total value of your items exceeds this, you should split them into separate parcels - each containing a value of less than £2,500.

If you have a large collection of gold or silver, we can arrange for it to be transported to us using a secure courier service.

You can drop your items to us at our Sutton Coldfield facility, or with our partners Brink’s in Hatton Garden or Heathrow Radius Park, London. This is on an appointment-only basis.

We buy gold and silver bars and coins, including bullion coins and bars, as well as proof coins with certificates. We also buy gold and silver jewellery, and scrap gold and silver.

The prices shown on each item included on the ‘Sell to Us’ pages of our website are the current prices we are paying for them. Once you have added your items to your selling basket and completed the online checkout process, your price will be fixed for 2 business days.

For custom items, jewellery, and scrap precious metals, the final price will be confirmed with you upon our receipt and validation of your items, based on the live metal price on the day we receive them.

You can choose whether you prefer payment by bank transfer or cheque. Once we have received and verified your items, we'll notify you that your quote is available, and payment will be made to you within 3 working days of acceptance. A same-day payment is also available if required, subject to a £25 fee.
