A Simple Process To Selling Your Scrap Gold

Step 1

Select the item you wish to sell, and then add all of your items to a package.

Step 2

Once you have finished adding all your items, click the button to view your package or click on the package icon in the top right section of the website.

Step 3

Your prices will now be fixed for a period of 5 mins, whilst you complete your details in our secure checkout. Once checkout is completed, your price is fixed for 2 days.

Step 4

Finally, simply print off the prefilled packing slip and make sure you include it in your package before posting your items to us.

Once we receive your items, following verification and authentication, we will confirm your quote and payment will be made to you by bank transfer or cheque.

  • To ensure that your scrap gold reaches us safely, we recommend that you package up your items as securely as possible, and post to us using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This service ensures your parcel is insured up to £2,500. If the total value of your items exceeds this, you should split them into separate parcels - each containing a value of less than £2,500.

    If you have a large collection of scrap gold, we can arrange for it to be transported to us using a secure courier service.

  • You can drop your items to us at our Sutton Coldfield facility, or with our partners Brink’s in Hatton Garden or Heathrow Radius Park, London. This is on an appointment-only basis.

  • We buy all types of scrap gold. This includes gold jewellery, white gold, rose gold, dental gold, gold watches and any other type of scrap gold.

  • The prices shown on each item included on the ‘Sell to Us’ pages of our website are the current prices we are paying for them. Once you have added your items to your selling basket and completed the online checkout process, your price will be fixed for 2 business days.

    For custom items, jewellery, and scrap precious metals, the final price will be confirmed with you upon our receipt and validation of your items, based on the live metal price on the day we receive them.

  • You can choose whether you prefer payment by bank transfer or cheque. Once we have received and verified your items, we'll notify you that your quote is available, and payment will be made to you within 3 working days of acceptance. A same-day payment is also available if required, subject to a £25 fee.

  • If you can not complete our new sell to us checkout process, our client services team will be happy to take all your details over the phone and email you a packing slip to include with your items. Please give us a call on 0121 355 0620.
