Step 2

Add all the items you wish to sell to a package and complete our simple online checkout process. 

Step 3

When you complete this process and confirm your sale, we'll lock in your price for 2 business days.

Step 4

Finally, simply print off the prefilled packaging slip and makes sure you include it in your package before posting your items to us.

    Easy to deal with and a fair price paid on the day. Only downside is that you can’t lock in a price if you visit the office. You have to make an advanced appointment so prices could have dropped significantly during the time that you’re waiting for your appointment, (perhaps a couple of days) also, and this happened to me, prices were falling all during my three hour drive up there. However you are not committed to selling so could pull out on the day. Payment can take up to 72hrs but in fairness this is specified in the terms and conditions. Overall a very good experience and I believe Atkinsons to be a very trustworthy and fair company and I like the fact that they display current price paid in their website.

    The price offered was one of the best and guaranteed for 2 working days. I sent off 3 items and got what they said, paid into my bank within 2 days. I had to pay for the SD postage(not cheap!) so a pre paid label would be the icing on the cake. Will use again and recommend.

  • To ensure that your silver reaches us safely, we recommend that you package up your items as securely as possible, and post to us using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This service ensures your parcel is insured up to £2,500. If the total value of your items exceeds this, you should split them into separate parcels - each containing a value of less than £2,500.

    If you have a large collection of silver, we can arrange for it to be transported to us using a secure courier service.

  • You can drop your items to us at our Sutton Coldfield facility, or with our partners Brink’s in Hatton Garden or Heathrow Radius Park, London. This is on an appointment-only basis.

  • We buy silver bars and coins, including bullion coins and bars, as well as proof coins with certificates.

  • The prices shown on each item included on the ‘Sell to Us’ pages of our website are the current prices we are paying for them. Once you have added your items to your selling basket and completed the online checkout process, your price will be fixed for 2 business days.

    For custom items, jewellery, and scrap precious metals, the final price will be confirmed with you upon our receipt and validation of your items, based on the live metal price on the day we receive them.

  • You can choose whether you prefer payment by bank transfer or cheque. Once we have received and verified your items, we'll notify you that your quote is available, and payment will be made to you within 3 working days of acceptance. A same-day payment can be requested. This may not be available during busy periods and is subject to a £25 fee.

  • If you can not complete our new sell to us checkout process, our client services team will be happy to take all your details over the phone and email you a packing slip to include with your items. Please give us a call on 0121 355 0620.
