Fantastic honest and fair
Fantastic honest and fair! I tried a local Gold Fayre and felt the price offered was very low compared to my online search of gold prices according to the weight on my kitchen scales. I then went to a local jewellers who offered a bit more, but still was half the price from my ai gold price search. I then asked Google ai for best company and found Atkinsons! I was afraid at first not to be face to face but started their online simple quote form and the total came to just under my search prices. I carefully packaged the items with their printed quote form and special bar code and posted using Guaranteed Insured post (£19). I received a call the next working day from a lovely lady who asked permission to undo the watch so that they could weigh the gold after taking out non gold parts. I said yes. (I thought ‘ah the quote will be lower now’). An email quote arrived that same day and was actually higher than I had in the online quote sheet! I must have weighed wrongly. I then had to confirm by email or phone that I accept their quote and now the money is in my account (next day)! I’m so glad I waited and researched. I received more than double my first attempts. Never rush things. This company are fair, honest and professional. (14ct gold watch, 9ct bangle, 9ct watch) Thank you for fantastic easy process.
