Setting Price Alerts

Keeping an eye on the gold and silver markets doesn’t have to mean you need to check prices every day. With the ‘Price Alerts’ function within your Portfolio, you can choose the price points that matter to you and receive a notification by email or SMS when they’re reached, helping you to stay informed wherever you are, at any time.

Market Price Alerts

Want to know when gold or silver reaches a specific price? Our ‘Market Price Alert’ lets you set your target spot price based on your chosen weight unit (troy ounces, grams, or kilograms). Simply enter your target price, and we will notify you as soon as it is reached.

Market Movement Alerts

If you are more interested in price movements than a specific value, our ‘Market Movement Alert’ may be a good option. Simply set your change percentage, choose your time period, and you’ll receive an alert when the market moves by that amount within that set time.

You can also decide whether you would like to make the alert recurring, so you can continue to receive notifications whenever the market moves by your chosen amount.

Portfolio Value Alerts

Here you can track the value of your holdings without constantly needing to monitor your account. Simply enter the total portfolio value you’d like to be notified about, and we will send you an alert when your portfolio reaches that amount. This is an easy way to stay on top of your holdings and react when the time is right for you.

Choose how you are notified

Once you’ve created your alerts, you can choose how you would like to receive them. Alerts can be delivered to you by email, or SMS text message, or both, to ensure you never miss an important movement in the market or portfolio milestone.
