Delivery Information

We offer secure, fully insured UK delivery on all orders, with discreet packaging and tracking as standard. Most items are dispatched within 1–2 working days once the order has been approved for dispatch. Please note, we only deliver to the billing address used for card payment, and some items may be subject to pre-order delivery times.

How We Deliver

We use Royal Mail and UPS for most deliveries. The service used depends on the value, size, and weight of your order

  • Orders under £250 are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, insured by us and typically delivered within 1–5 working days of dispatch.
  • Orders over £250 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after dispatch.
  • Large silver orders are delivered via UPS, with delivery usually within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Most UPS deliveries in the UK are next day, with exceptions for outlying areas.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has left us.

Delivery Address and Restrictions

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, if you’re paying by card, delivery must be made to the cardholder’s address. To maintain a secure and reliable service, we only deliver to verified billing addresses. Unfortunately, this excludes PO Boxes.

Ownership of goods passes to you once your parcel has been signed for at the delivery address provided.

Delivery Times

Once payment has cleared and been verified, we aim to dispatch most in-stock items within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will be shipped once all items are in stock. We are unable to part-ship orders.

Packaging and Insurance

All parcels are securely packed under camera and sent in unmarked, discreet packaging. This ensures both security and privacy throughout the delivery process.

Every parcel is fully insured and sent using signed-for delivery services, offering peace of mind from dispatch to delivery.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your order and check its estimated delivery date.

It’s important to ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the address provided.

Problems With Your Delivery?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the courier.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or with items missing, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide photographs and relevant details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Collection Option

We do offer a collection service from our store, but only for orders that have been fully paid in advance.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange collection. You’ll need to bring photo identification and a copy of your invoice. Please note, we cannot release goods to third parties, and we do not keep any stock on site that hasn’t already been ordered.

High-Value Shipments

Every high-value order is unique, and we take extra steps to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

For orders over £70,000, we may recommend using Regency, a trusted specialist in secure logistics. Regency offers enhanced protection for large-value deliveries and a personalised service tailored to your needs.

Before dispatch, we assess each order of significant value based on:

  • The total value of your order
  • The delivery location
  • The specific nature of the items

If your delivery requires a different courier or method than usual, one of our team members will contact you directly. We’ll explain the process, answer any questions, and ensure you’re fully informed every step of the way.

In some cases, using Regency may carry an additional cost. If this applies to your order, we’ll discuss it with you in advance and in many cases, we may cover the cost ourselves to ensure your delivery is as secure as possible.

For orders under this threshold, we may split your delivery into smaller, separately insured parcels. This added layer of protection helps ensure your items arrive safely, with tracking on each parcel.

  • No. At present, we only deliver within the UK.

  • Please report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Supporting photos may be required so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • We’re unable to offer scheduled or delayed dispatch. However, if you have a special request, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

  • For added security. Splitting your order into smaller parcels makes it less risky during transit. Each parcel is fully insured, tracked, and must be signed for on delivery.

  • If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice and may try again or take the parcel to a local collection point. You can reschedule delivery using the tracking link we send.

  • Yes - we offer free, fully insured delivery across the UK, regardless of your order value.

  • To protect you from fraud, we only deliver to the billing address linked to your payment method. This is a security requirement and helps ensure your order goes to the correct person.

  • Please contact us straight away. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and will support you through the process. All parcels are insured, so your order is protected.
