Should you need to contact us over the bank holiday period, please use our contact form here and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. This will be monitored intermittently.

Bank Holiday Delivery Dates

There will be no dispatch of orders from Friday 18th April –21st April 2025 (last postage date before the bank holiday is Thursday 17th April).

Orders over £250 qualify for free insured Special Delivery which is due to arrive before 1pm the next day after dispatch. (Items dispatched on Thursday 17th April are due to arrive on Saturday 19th April).

Orders under £250 will be sent by free insured First Class Recorded Delivery which is due to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Postage for these orders can be upgraded to Special Delivery for an extra charge of £7.50.

Please note: We recommend placing your order as soon as possible if you wish your parcel to arrive before the bank holiday weekend. During times of high demand, please take note of the banner at the top of our website where the current dispatch times will be clearly displayed.

Orders will need to be fully completed and paid for, and stock available etc. in order to qualify for the dispatch times stated above. Any orders placed after this point, or those requiring ID validation, may not be dispatched until after the bank holiday weekend.

Online Orders

Our website will continue to run as usual throughout the bank holiday period. Orders will be processed and dispatched in line with our opening hours and, as always, we will aim to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
