Should you need to contact us over the bank holiday period, please use our contact form here and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. This will be monitored intermittently.
Bank Holiday Delivery Dates
There will be no dispatch of orders on Monday 25th August (last postage date before the bank holiday is Friday 22nd August).
Orders over £250 qualify for free insured Special Delivery which is due to arrive before 1pm the next day after dispatch. (Items dispatched on Friday 22nd August are due to arrive on Saturday 23rd August).
Orders under £250 will be sent by free insured First Class Recorded Delivery which is due to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Postage for these orders can be upgraded to Special Delivery for an extra charge of £7.50.
Please note: We recommend placing your order as soon as possible if you wish your parcel to arrive before the bank holiday. During times of high demand, please take note of the delay message at checkout where current dispatch times will be clearly displayed.
Orders will need to be fully completed and paid for, and stock available etc. by 12pm on Friday 22nd August in order to qualify for dispatch before the bank holiday. Any orders placed after this point, or those requiring ID validation, may not be dispatched until after the bank holiday weekend.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to Royal Mail. We always suggest placing your order as early as possible to avoid potential disappointment.

Our website will continue to run as usual throughout the bank holiday period. Orders will be processed and dispatched in line with our opening hours and, as always, we will aim to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
