Due to the high volume of orders we are currently receiving, alongside ongoing volatility in metal prices, we are experiencing an extremely busy period. As a result, there may be a 3-4 day delay in the dispatch of your order.

Please be assured that all orders placed are backed by our stock, and we are not experiencing any product shortages, but a larger amount of orders simply means there are more parcels to process and dispatch.

We fully appreciate the frustration that any delay may cause. Our team is working very hard to quickly process as many parcels as they are able to each day, whilst also maintaining our high standards of service. Every order is dispatched securely and with care.
