May Bank Holidays 2026: Opening Times & Delivery Information

Customer service will be closed on the following bank holidays:

  • Monday 4th May 2026 (reopens Tuesday 5th May 2026)
  • Monday 25th May 2026 (reopens Tuesday 26th May 2026)

For any urgent queries when we are closed during the bank holiday period, please use our contact form here. We will monitor this intermittently, and reply at our earliest convenience.

Bank Holiday Delivery Dates

There will be no dispatch of orders on:

  • Monday 4th May 2026 (reopens Tuesday 5th May 2026)
  • Monday 25th May 2026 (reopens Tuesday 26th May 2026)

Orders above £1,000 will be delivered using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which should be guaranteed to arrive the next day after the day of dispatch.

Orders between £250 and £1,000, or where you choose to upgrade to next day delivery, will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next day after dispatch.

Orders under £250 will be sent by free Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is due to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: We recommend placing your order as soon as possible if you wish your parcel to arrive before the bank holiday weekend. During times of high demand, please take note of the delay message at checkout where current dispatch times will be clearly displayed.

Orders will need to be fully completed and paid for, and stock available etc. in order to qualify for the dispatch times stated above. Any orders placed after this point, or those requiring ID validation, may not be dispatched until after the bank holiday weekend.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to Royal Mail. We always suggest placing your order as early as possible to avoid potential disappointment.

Online Orders

Our website will continue to run as usual throughout the bank holidays. Orders will be processed and dispatched in line with our opening hours. As always, we will aim to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
