Prices & Payment

Free 6 months allocated and insured storage offer for orders of Gold and over 500 toz of Silver

All clients, who meet this threshold, will be offered free storage for the first 6 months, providing there are no withdrawals within this period. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or review the ‘Free Storage for 6 months’ offer without notice, at any time. At the end of the 6-month free period, you will be moved to the relevant tariff based on the value of your holding.

Please note: If withdrawal is requested during the 6-month free storage period, the free storage will be forfeited from that point and fees will start to accrue for any remaining items stored. A short-term storage fee will be added to your next invoice of £250 + VAT.

Our storage fees are applied based on the value of your holding, for Gold, are in the tariff below:

Our storage fees are applied based on the value of your holding, for Silver, are in the tariff below:

Invoices will be raised in arrears on a quarterly basis. We calculate your storage fee daily based on the average spot price for the day and the value of your holding at that time.

Withdrawal Tariff

When withdrawing from storage, you can either sell directly back to Atkinsons or request that the items are delivered to you. For withdrawals the following fees apply:

We reserve the right to amend the fee tariff at our discretion. Should any changes occur, we will provide you with a minimum of 3 months’ notice in writing via email to the contact details registered on your account.

If you believe any fees or charges applied to your account are incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review the dispute and respond within 5 working days.
