    A very rapid turnaround

    A very rapid turnaround, even when sending the gold by special delivery. My only small complaint is that the new app is introduced without prior notification and it is a security leap of faith that the arrival of an email from an unknown source inviting sign-up initiated by Atkinson is connected with the despatched gold. Sign up to the identity confirmation app was very easy, but the exercise had already been done by Atkinson when I previously dealt with them and I would really have expected an email from Atkinson, acknowledging that and explaining why the new identity confirmation was necessary.
