    I found the whole process from start to finish very easy. Some companies provide a post paid service so was surprised when this wasn't offered. The insurance the Post Office offer didn't cover the value of the coin sent which was worrying until it arrived. Atkinsons are nice to deal with, good communication throughout and provided an honest appraisal of my gold.
