The 2013 Australian Lunar Snake 10oz Silver Coin is the sixth animal in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac and features a snake curled around a tree branch. The Chinese character for ‘Snake’ also appears in the design. Inscribed on the reverse of the coin is ‘Year of the Snake’ along with The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark.
The coin's obverse depicts Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year-date, weight, fineness and the monetary denomination.
