    This is the first review I have written in over 10 years. I recently sold silver coins to Atkinsons, from start to finish to whole experience was easy and efficient. I followed the steps on the website, posted via royal mail insured 24hr on wednesday. Thursday I received a text from Atkinsons stating that it had been received and was waiting appraisal. Friday I received another text and email stating all items were as described and payment was made. Saturday payment in my account, really fantastic service all round, very happy! Thanks.

    It was good being able to speak so easily to helpful staff. However, I found the time lag of placing my orders of 10 days to be of concern. I appreciated that the concerns expressed by Atkinson’s as to the source of my funds was annoying bearing in mind my long time association with the firm and the fact that all my transactions were through myregular bank.

    I have bought several bullion silver coins from Atkinsons over the past year. I really appreciate the free postage & packing. Some of their competitors have slightly lower prices, but add £6 p&p, which makes Atkinsons the better value for money option.
