    Overall good service with some best prices for some categories, however they failed to answer a query regarding the charging of VAT on some second hand silver I bought. I was given two different reasons from two different employees, and repeated requests to clarify the matter were ignored. I also noticed that some second hand coins with no VAT actually cost MORE than the exact same new coin with VAT added. Greedy premiums?
