I received a text first thing the next day to say they had received my parcels and to await appraisal . An hour later I received another text with offer , plus was then emailed an invoice . Payment was received the following day as promised. The whole process was very smooth and I would recommend there services . I would also say that the payment offered for the proof gold coins was a lot higher then a leading competitor .
