    It was a pleasure to deal with Atkinsons. Their web site is informative and easy to navigate. All the information I needed was readily available. My purchases arrived very well packed via Royal Mail insured special delivery. Communication via email was excellent - updates on receipt of payment, despatch, etc. so I felt informed throughout. A bonus is that I can log on and see my portfolio with current value, etc. as well as full records of transactions. Be aware that banks and building societies now have to run irritating (but no doubt necessary) security checks to help ensure that a) they have applied due diligence - to protect themselves and b) that you are not being a victim of fraud. Payment by card or bank transfer thus becomes a bit of a pain. Payment by cheque, however, goes along smoothly and is far less hassle.
