    I have used a few of these dealers recently and they are all blaming the unprecedented amount for their ongoing lack of service and delays. This is one business I can say comes up trumps in comparison to the others. You’re kept fully informed through the delays and the delays appear to be minimal. One thing I would suggest is perhaps bunching multiple deliveries together - even have a tickbox at checkout asking if customers would be happy with this if multiple orders exist. I had three special deliveries sent on the same day and even if they weren’t I wouldn’t have minded waiting - it didn’t affect me price wise but could’ve saved the extra effort. That’s not a complaint by the way :)
